This Return Policy applies to digital day-planning products sold by Movementbiomotio through movementbiomotio.world, including Morning Block Blueprint, Creative Sprint Planner Kit, and Freelancer Week Architecture.
Digital Product Nature
Our planner kits are delivered electronically via download link or email attachment. Because files can be copied upon delivery, returns are assessed carefully while honoring your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
If you have not downloaded or accessed the Product files, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase by contacting notifyuse@movementbiomotio.world with your order reference. Once download links are activated or files are accessed, change-of-mind refunds are not available except where required by law.
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
You are entitled to a remedy if a Product has a major failure, such as missing template sections described on planner-kits.html, corrupted files that cannot be opened in standard PDF readers, or content fundamentally different from the listed kit name. Remedies include replacement files, repair via updated download, or refund where appropriate.
Minor issues such as typographical errors in non-critical fields will be corrected via patch updates when possible rather than full refunds.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email notifyuse@movementbiomotio.world or call +61280678666 with:
- Full name and email used at purchase
- Product name and purchase date
- Description of the issue and screenshots if files are defective
- Confirmation whether download links were used
We respond within five business days with a resolution path.
Refund Method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method in AUD. Processing by banks may take five to ten business days after approval.
Exchanges and Upgrades
If you purchased a smaller kit and have not downloaded the higher-tier product, contact us within seven days to pay the price difference and receive the upgraded Freelancer Week Architecture files.
Technical Support Before Returns
Many issues resolve through updated file versions or setup guidance for importing PDFs into Notion or GoodNotes. Our Barangaroo team provides good-faith support before issuing refunds for usability questions unrelated to product defects.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can document delivery and resolve disputes. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension from future kit purchases.
Custom Planning Support
If you arrange tailored planning support or studio sessions through our contact page, separate terms will be provided in your written agreement before any session is scheduled.
Consumer Guarantees
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
